Terms of use

LatentPost moves files you choose from your computer to your own Fanvue account, and creates the posts you ask for, through Fanvue's official API. It doesn't create, review or host content.

• You must own the rights to everything you upload, and have consent from every person who appears in it. Content showing a real person without their consent is not allowed.
• You're responsible for what you upload and post, and for following Fanvue's terms and content policies.
• Paid plans are sold and billed by Fanvue through the Fanvue App Store. Cancellations and refunds go through Fanvue.
• We may disable an API key that's used to break these terms or Fanvue's.
• The service is provided as is, without warranties.
